Hiya guys,

Just wondered what would be the max crystals, I plan on building a Pe one, 8x1

Is it worth using any at all?

or just say hp and wis?

I assume agi doesn't affect proc order etc does it?

POPE the WIS and finish off enhancement at end of evolve. Unless you just really want 8/400 I would only pope the wis and leave rest with just 10 crys

Its funny how tigrey Res value has gone up and down with the release of different buffs and procs. If they ever do the add skill option to our leaders tigrey is going to be a pretty hot item.

Hmm yea, if you watch carefully you can find Tigrey v1's for 2 Crystals. ( I've already bought 2 Tigrey v1's now for a total of 4 HP Crystals ).
Very cheap merc if you have the patience & the luck.

Ive snapped up quite a few r1s with for all sorts, even traded a dual gunner for one a week or so ago lol.. 1 erk and alsorts, will be a nice addition for a future raid!

I have one with 11.4k wisdom I built from 6 r1s and 1 r2. It saves a little time, and the r2s are usually given away.

How much do stats on the buff mercs really matter? Either it procs/buffs or not...stats don't change the proc chance, right? ex. 50% chance = 50% chance, regardless of WIS stat; unless greater WIS= greater increase to buffed stats? Educate me...

Buffs work off the wisdom stat, so the higher the wisdom the higher the stats added by the buff.

The first part of your statement is correct, if it procs, it gives you benefit. If not, it's just dead weight.

The second part of it is also as you say; the greater the WIS, the greater the buff.



That being said, the difference between an 8.7k WIS tigrey v2 (pact) vs. an 11.4k WIS tig v2 (8x200) is the following:

say you have the following setup:

10k AGI black - 6.3k WIS, 6k AGI BRv2 - 9k AGI key - 6.3k WIS, 6k AGI BRv2 - 10k AGI black
14k AGI Mary - 10k WIS blue - tig (9k WIS vs. 11k WIS) - 10k WIS blue - 10k AGI black

If all skills for every merc proc, here is the total dmg output per round:
9k tig = 3.736 million
11k tig = 4.834 million

a difference of 1.1 million dmg per round. And a difference of around 5.5 million per boss fight.

If the tig doesn't proc, but all other skills do:
= 2.364 million per round

a difference of 1.372 million dmg per round vs. 9k tig proc. And a difference of around 6.860 million per boss fight.
a difference of 2.470 million dmg per round vs. 11k tig proc. And a difference of around 12.35 million per boss fight.

So really, in the end, it does make a difference (a 6.8-12.3 million dmg difference), but only if the tig procs...if not, you're screwed.

i run almost that exact squad and I know from the very beginning if its going to be a good fight and thats if the tig procs. The difference when its happening, while you watch is just crazy and thats usually when everything procs throughout the fight just making it last longer lol.

I would rather have the blues not buff than the tig

Or you simply put a random Shellstinger in front of the squad, if he procs from the beginning of the fight you'll do at least double damage. Razz

In my opinion, 5 buffers out 10 mercs should be the max. If you can roll with 4 buffers and 6 multi-hitters, you may find more consistent point totals per Boss, rather than huge differences by counting on Tigreys...If you are limited on ammo, like me...you should try and maximize event points earned per ammo used...So if you know you will get, ex. 2.5million dmg 90% of the time, I feel like it's better than 1.5mil 45%, or 3.5mil 45% of time...Yall dig?
