I just got back from my broskii's wedding in the boondocks of the GA mountains. Missed out on the last 2 days of PVP and invites for this one.

If anyone needs an ally, shoot me one in game.

So they nerfed lot of fams in order for us to use more savages. Coin exchange gone worse for me, already exchanged 100 event coins and got 0 savages...pathetic.

I still need 2 event allies. Will look to see if d1ll still needs one. Anyone still feeling like a lost sheep? My IGN is the same.

So beta ranking so far is
Nikozar 31 (60k shared)
UCSdelton 39 (53k shared)
C4Y4 45 (62k shared)
Amerame 64 (55k shared ?)
d1fferent 115 (20k shared)
toxin996 133 (41k shared)

I pretty much gave up on this event, Lethal isn't bad, but top 15 wasn't achievable and the epic reward is average and no one in beta is going for L, so I'm just farming buggles (+170 already this event) and will save for next raid event...

Team Fug Bug Alpha Squad. When the SRB schedule goes up, do you want to post the best time for you (each day) to be online? Maybe we can coordinate some “power hours” to boost our ally modifiers…

Also for the record, most Alpha members are between 100-200 so far for this event.

I'm on the fence at the moment about whether or not I should go for sub 40. I am guessing the R will be worth maybe 6 res so I won't be devastated if I only get 5 of them.

But, if the rest of Beta want to go top 40 then I will definitely give it a go. I have farmed 230 mags so far but will be happy if in the end I come out 100mags in front.

imo save your mags for next raid even, not worth spending 50 or 100 mags for 1 rare worth 3-6 res. We don't stand a chance for Lethal, so let's all keep under 80 and roll next event.

Team Beta is doing great but remember, we only need to be under 150. That's our commitment.

I'm not farming res, but not spending them. Finished first day with 140 mags, and I have now 130 mags. I hit every ally boss I see to help allies finish them. I'll see what I'll do the last day, guess it will depend on how others do. They did not only reduced the number of L's, they also reduced everything else.

Also, what's the usual tactic for SRB's? Anyone care to explain how to max points with them?

Actually all TFB squads are <250 for a rank. If Beta set something up un-official to be <150, then rock on!!! bounce

You can't be >150 in team beta, just ally points put you <150 Smile
Anyway beta is awesome. I believe we should be slightly flexible, and push a bit harder, those who can, when the rewards are worth it. They're average this event so let's just "slack" it's pointless to fight for top 40 and keeping up like this will put us all in top 80.

I cant commit to pushing too much, work makes it difficult to play regularly for 9 hours a day!

is it worth burning res for an average merc anyway?

Accepted di11icious on my last free ally spot.
They set the ranks for the rewards so low that i am not really sure what to do. So far at ~370 and farmed 80 mags. Wanted to go for 4-5 rares as i still have 8 F-9 and wanted to trade the event reward for crystals so i could finally build it but seeing the rank requirements i might just go for <300 and try harder next tower.

Team Fug Bug SRB Power Hour Schedule

Here are the SRB days and times as presented by Dakota.  Post your best time to be online each day and I will list ID’s by each slot.  Nothing says you have to be online but the idea is to try your best to tag each SRB to get the ally modifier.

NOTE:  I AM GOING TO CONVERT TIMES TO EASTERN STANDARD (EST or GMT -5)

NOV10 (Sunday)
02:00-04:00 PM = Zoar
09:00-12:00 Midnight =

My opinion.  If you have a savage raid team, or one with high damage output, you should try to MVP as many SRB as possible as they will go down through the group effort.  For everyone else, the SRB should read, "Spend one ammo magazine to earn 2000 pts and one event cell."  Usually during SRB I try to tag the lesser bosses that are at level 30+.  They still usually go down and you get more points for your ammo investment.

Just a heads up to Beta, seeing as I seem to be slowly approaching rank 40 and not using up any mags doing so, I think I will give the whole sub 40 thing a shot.

I think they killed the competition even more by reducing lethal to top 15 AND having an average epic. So 20ish people are fighting for Lethal and the rest are farming ammos.

Yeah, if lethal were first 25, I'll surely try harder, but top 15 are way too far away in term of points from me that I won't even try.

I think the rare is pretty decent. Attack is 750% on a base of around 14k wis.

I think the points will pan out pretty similar to the last raid around rank 40 - 50.

I think my team is a bit more consistent with its damage compared to last time which is making things a bit easier.

There are a couple of unsold 16k burnfrost for 45-50 res. I doubt the rare will go for more than 3 res.

If people pick this rare up for 3 res, that is a bargain.

Comparing with a BF, it's going to do less damage to more targets and it's about the same speed but overall is a lot tougher.

Comparing with a televangelist, it's going to do more damage to more targets (though the tele has weaken) and it's a bit slower and overall about the same toughness.

So, I would say it should be worth somewhere between the two mercs and should go for 4-6 res at the start.

yeah we might be able to sell a couple for 4-6, I wish i'd be able to sell 6 for 6 and then buy a Burnfrost :p A burnfrost will do roughly 40% more damage and has only 20 less agi... It's not a bad merc but there isn't much demand for mid tier wis merc.

I'd be surprised if they go for less than 6. Particularly since the ranking reward tiers changed. It trimmed the supply.

So, I am pretty sure it's not worth trying for any of the SRBs now. Usually (so far in this event and in previous events) if I discover an SRB, I usually have time to hit it up to 3 times to mvp it. I think I have wasted 18 mags today on failed MVP attempts where one of the savage teams has beaten me.

Also had a really bad day of low full auto damage (<9m) and I am finding that the savage teams are single shot MVPing for over 10m which is also pretty crazy.....

danthepirate is right. I just cashed in my ally points from Alpha (approx 300K points) to move me from 142 down to 95. That means I'm probably going to finish in the 91-120 brackett so time to stop spending ammo. I think that people who are not Top 20 at this point might as well stop spending as well. This event, along with the recent Dakota moves, was done to make cash off savages. Mission accomplished Dakota.

It makes me sick to my stomach to see how many savages Dakota can sell to players so soon after painfully screwing over most of their paying players. Just look at all the teams in the Damage Rankings. Makes me want to design a mobile game just to screw customers over and see how often they keep paying.

@legendslayer: I am being totally serious when I say this but count me in as well. Not going into details here but I have a bunch of game experience, including design, and already have ideas for a mobile game. I just don't have the necessary programming skills...

With a 15M damage team you'd have needed to spend around 500 ammo can to score a single lethal, so totaly not worth it. With a 60M damage team, you could have done it on passive.

Well after trying to get back into the game for the last 3 hours with only a handful of battles (since the game dumps me out after most pf them), it looks like 500,000 point is roughly where I land. Last check that puts me about 400, maybe in the upper 3's if any luck prevails. Thanks to the delta squadron - you guys contributed about 140k of my total. Guess it's time to pound sand ... Argh (see I can make pirate sounds too).

@legend - send me your thoughts when you have a sec.
