Ok all you math wizards, I got one for you...

At which point, ie how few nexus caches collected, is it more efficient to bail on the nexus? Considering no BE used in capturing Keymaster, and only using PS if completing the nexus justifies PS consumption.

I have figured it out like this-

Nexus is a fight or cache every step, and tower is one every 2 steps. If you complete all levels of the towers, then it means that cache bonus' are greater than or equal to the amount you would get from getting in a fight AND capturing 2 mobs. BUT if you don't complete that final level, the points you get are half of that amount. HOWEVER the fights give slightly more points than a normal fight at whatever level of the tower you are running.

So ultimately, Nexus is ALWAYS more efficient than running a regular tower floor, and if you don't plan on completing all 5 levels, pray for as few boxes as possible, to maximize your points on the fights. But even if you get 30 boxes on 4 floors, you will still get more points than if you spent that energy running the tower. (Not to mention boss points every ~10 energy versus every ~25)

Only if your phone does NOT crap out on you. Last tower I lost at least 100 cache boxes and the "proper" multiplier when my phone decided to take a smoke break. AUGH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the reasons I tolerate Tower events is that w/ the xp boost you can level very quickly. If not for that saving grace I would boycott this event ... Until I get a new phone.
