Tower started. I have no information other than what is given in the event info notice. (Dakota just removed the public visibility of the game data JSON, meaning I can no longer get info on mercs, stats, skills, proc rates, or images). It looks like they expanded the rewards to Top 18 get a lethal at least. Have fun.

In my opinion, it seems like the success rate for capturing tower chumps (not bosses) has gone way down. All I seem to get is “Fail” over and over. Anyone else seeing this?

The first Anamoly I encountered got captured by my Mind Eraser, no problems with capturing. I really wonder what the Tower Boss does though, he didn't ( get the chance to proc ) yet.

They say the lethal is double action but the dual pistols icon next to his attack stat is missing. The reward rare seems like it could fetch a bit of res. Anyone have any details on the Tower boss skill and stats? Also, I'm loving the pirate theme on these mercs, I wonder if it's a shout-out to The Pirates? Surely Dakota must see all those Jolly Rogers on their leaderboard. Either way The Pirates must be stoked. Dakota should do more events where all the new mercs fit a theme.

So the JSON is officially no more? I guess that signals the end of the wiki unless people step up to crunch numbers and/or properly evolve each and every merc.

The L seems at least solid for me, though i might be preoccupied as i love any kind of counterattack.
Maybe stats all around a bit low but should be fast enough to give him a chance of getting his attack damage proc off also in most cases.
Ofc. also double action which is always nice. Maybe that's a sign they don't want to skip those all around but just want to offer a mixture (higher stats=single action / lower stats=double action or such)

The rare seems pretty underwhelming though. Maybe has it spot in mid tier pvp quads but stats seem all around to low and if Dakota stuck to their naming rules the skill shouldn't have more than a 125% (at best) modifier either.
Kinda expected that for tower though ... feel often the worst rares there. Wink

I got bored and decided to have a go at calculating up the POPE stats on the Scalawag. I came up with:

15360.02, 15585.7, 15130, 12782.04, 16894.72

I had to make one assumption, but worst case, the stats should only be 100 lower across the board.

So you can work out what the min stats are for the L1 and L2 by putting up a merc for trade and bringing up the L1 and L2 as trade conditions. As part of the event they give you the max stats for the L2, so all that is missing are the max stats for the L1. This is where I made an assumption as I looked through a 3 of the existing Ls (I couldn't be bothered looking through more) and 2 of the 3 were set up so that the stat increase for lvling up an L1 was 80% of the stat increase for lvling up an L2 so that is what I used. The other one was around 72%, but as I said that only reduces the overall stats by around 100 if that is the case.

Then I just use the regular evo calculations to work out the final stats.

Actually, tried some other stuff, and the difference between min and max stat for the L2 is 70% of the max stat so I used that and have revised the values to:

15264.023,15488.222 ,15035.5, 12702.746, 16788.794

not terrible POPE stats for a double action. He is gonna be speedy in PVP, but his skills will be super dependant on modifier and proc rates to determine if he is a game changer at all. He could end up like Daddylong guns, another fast but ultimately mediocre double action merc with a random atk first skill and a defensive second.

I don't have one. I wanted to try one out, and for a long time titanfist and daddy were worth very much the same and you could change back and forth between the two easily. So I traded a titanfist for a daddy with every intention of trading back in a few days once I felt him out. Daddy was very uninspiring, but the day before I went to trade him out the great nerf happened and overnight daddy's value tanked and titanfists skyrocketed. I offloaded daddy as soon as I could, but it was just another way the great nerf reduced my years worth of hard competitive work to valueless garbage.

Any chance to calculate how the stats of the r may look like?
Best i could come up with was dividing the max stats of a 8*1 Sentinal (unfortunately don't know if there are any crystals used) through the stats of a level 70 r1 lurker and then take the factor i get there and multiply it with the stats of r1 level 70 Elektra.

Which gave me the following result 14113/12748/12879/12115/15091

Pretty sure that's not how it works though. Wink

Have mine leveled already so i only know level 70 stats which are:
5739/5182/5172/4942/6108

Not sure if they help though ... maybe someone else has the level 1 stats.

Ok, so here are all the stats for electra. I calculated them based off the stats bspervy gave me for the R1. As you can see checking with the E4 max stats they give you in the event details they are pretty accurate. If I have to do it again I will base it off the E4 max stats and check with some R1 stats to be more accurate.

It is essentially another archangel with lower ATK, although we know arch's proc is 200% AGI x 3...

Doesn't matter what the skill mod is, it's still massively inferior to a good F-9 with its 250% skill mod and secondary skill. Oh well, at least new players will be able to get their hands on this one for cheap as vets offload them.
