@ pglandis - random attack Mercs will hit multiple times.

@ amerame - great. Looks like top 8 will be a challenge this time around.

Was more or less only farming so far.
Competition seems fairly low though so whatever - i'll start to do a bit more and grab myself a L then as well. Wink

Edit:
Ooh, and you were right regarding my damage variance. Anywhere in between 7 and 25 million so far ....

Yeah too much variance when chain buffing imo, it hurts ammo effiency. I'm doing 15 to 26 so far. Doing 18M+ 90% of the time.

Is there some way to refresh list of "active" raid bosses?
I mean, I attack every event ally boss, but they appear very rare.

Can I somehow clear the list? and receive new set of bosses

Coronach, I believe moving through the map and staying active attacks RB will cause a refresh...randomly. Might be worthwhile to recommend to Dakota in the recommendation section to create a refresh button on the RB menu.

Another way is to exit (NOT withdraw) from the floor, which returns you to the home page, then continue back onto your active floor and take a step forward.

It's worked for me ...  scratch

I've found that Hept's suggestion above works for me as well.

I'm seeing that both "random attack" and "random enemies" mercs hit the boss multiple times. And I guess the silence on my first question means that there is only the SRB time slots and not some other boost or frequency switch that they throw at Dakota HQ as the event end draws near. I couldn't remember. SO....

@Alpha - when are you guys planning to switch modes?

Just a brief report in the middle of the event:
Beta doing fine. Mostly four in top 22 ... if things go well Coronach may get a lethal without wanting it. Wink
I still have ~850 mags left and finally have a team to secure mvp's on super raid bosses pretty easy.
Pretty confident thats enough to keep the spot.
And our none L players are amazing, doing whatever they can to help us. ,)

I hate to do this guys but unfortunately I'm going away for the next few days so I'm going to miss the second half of Raid. I would have mentioned this when I signed up for this event but with that long delay I didn't realize my vacation would interfere. I was planning on skipping the next Tower event due to this vacation. Oh well, I'll talk to you guys when I get home. Good luck TFB!

@Daedhead8 - No problem, buddy! Enjoy your vacation. Hopefully, the rest of us on Alpha will be able to send enough points your way to cover your absence.

Wishing could contribute more but with the drop rates for event mobs in this game hard even with spending about 7000 coins only got 2 bloody rare savages :-( and thats including the one you get for finishing map 5 lol and through all the blood coins got 5 uncommon savvages which are not worth using :-(

I'm using the UC savages anyway. Bump them all up to r4s, use some r4s to level up skill and play as many on your team as you feel comfortable with. The savage multiplier goes a long way for both regular attack and on proc. It takes a while to level them, even at the double rate (but you could also buy an XP boost to help that). Of course, this all assumes that your best team aren't already greater than 4X the UC savages top (sub-PE) stats. I haven't drawn any additional rare savages on the 100+ blood cells I've handed in. I think they reduce drop rates on higher level players, because I used to get better draws back when I was sub-100 level.

well i tried doing a PE of the uncommon one just with 2 R3s to level 70 and even with savage mod still lower damage than my regular team so only have one savage in my team which is R2 one at level 70 so full attack from me is now around 8-10 mill :-( sad thing is i spent about 2000 coins in blood brother last event and got 4 event mobs lol and 2 of them epics here i spent 7000 coins and got 1 R1 in total from the money spent so drop rate is totally crap

Yep! That's why I use the coins to replenish my game credits (take whatever drops to the discharge function) and use the credits to buy XP boosts to speed up leveling (if you ever do that - I know a few forum folks that shy away from leveling unless they get tired of watching the grass grow ... hehehe)

Yet another reason why it is a waste of money to purchase coins. What's the use spending money if the drop rates are so horrible. Something isn't working correctly this event (actually it seems to have been getting worse over the last few raids). Blood cells yield worse results than Veteran cells.

Another thing that seems worse than ever before is "spawning" a boss or SRB that has already been started by another player. I even had one that said that no one had yet attacked, but it was about a half million down already. It wasn't until after i went a round, that it showed another player. Related are bosses that I haven't requested aid on that start getting attacked by other players.

Hi Beta, that's me done. It was great going raiding with you guys again. If anyone has a spare L at the end please let me know, would be nice to see how she does.
Seems we got involved with a couple of teams wanting to prove a point or two in this raid so do not even know if I have enough with the top guys sharing 2 million points.

Nevermind. One has to be the first loser. Didn't like that L to much anyway. Wink

Was pretty sure it wouldn't quite be enough when i stopped yesterday anyway. Thought a brief second about setting my alarm for the last SRB but then decided that it won't be worth it (would have been from 3-4 at night here in Germany). Wink

Great job Beta and grats to Rocket and Amerame for scoring the L for TFB. Wink

Even the "not so newbs" trade the rare rewards for resources.

Tradin' ... Tradin' ... Tradin' ...
Toss the mercs by tradin' ...
Res and CC awaitin' ...

RAWHIDE!

I was pretty happy as well with how things turned out. It was the first RAID that I had enough ammo farmed to pretty much hit what I wanted to (whether Alpha or Beta or other TFB compatriots). I picked up 5 rare-award mercs, which I am offering on the X for Taurus' and Martials. I got one Taurus r1 already. If I wasn't still trying to build those two, I would have kept the rares to use. Thanks guys! It was again a pleasure to play along side of you all!
