It would be nice to have a opening skill that raise attack for all squad mates no just adjacent, not just adjacent.

I'd like a skill that when it buffs, increases the percentage of process rates of all squadmates. That way, if it does trigger, we might actually be working with accurate percentages instead of the barmy ones Dakota is dumping on us now. pirat

So you'd like a proc that manipulates proc rate back to the "non-manipulated" proc rates, meaning that the numbers listed actually make sense?

Simple then. Will have another specialized skill which normalizes the proc rate for the skill that normalizes the proc rates for all skill.

I think Dakota learned a valuable lesson from the CXBs. Buff-all units completely defeat the purpose of event savages. A team of all CXB 2000Us and As for instance can outdamage almost any Savage team (with the obvious exception of a 9 savage team)

even the 9 savage team is no match for the CXB squad procd by Hellcat, it was crazy seeing the damage

You are right. I did 64.6m once with no savage. But the problem is the proc consistency. Savages procs more.

It probably won't.

I really do think that in raid events, the proc rate has more to do with the level of boss you are facing and then doing damage at or around 50% of that bosses HP.

I don't think that's the only factor that determines it, but I believe it's a part of it.

It also doesn't like it when you use 5 or 6 buffers either, but I guess they did that when they realized that having that many buffers defeated the purpose of buying savages.
